This is a really convenient and effective way to get electrolytes. I don't like the flavors and excess ingredients of most electrolyte powders, but the benefit to not just drinking plain water is soooo massive. These are affordably priced, phenomenal ingredients, and cover the electrolyte basics. I don't use these every day but on the hot summer days after yard work and also on days I hit the gym, these make me feel so much better and are wonderful for increased hydration when drinking. No allergic reaction or adverse effects. Average sized capsules. No difficulty swallowing, no bad taste or odor.

Very reasonably priced and this is a two month supply which is awesome. So far so good as I haven't felt any leg cramps or anything. There isn't a taste and I love the capsule format vs a tablet. These are easy to swallow. They are helping with making me feel more peppy as well.

This item is for me (Mark's wife). I can't begin to say how much I'm impressed with this supplement! My hot flashes were getting so intense that I was desperate to find something else. I want natural over prescribed, so this was highly suggested since it balances out the hormones. I have been taking Shatavari in another brand at only 500mg and it didn't seem to help. This, however, has helped much better. I've been taking it for a week now and it has already significantly reduced my hot flashes. My sleep has also improved. The vaginal dryness it a bit better but I still have issues with that. This is a great price for the amount you get as well.
