Orders placed through www.elevanutrition.com are fulfilled through Amazon's fulfillment network to provide fast and reliable shipping.
Orders are submitted for fulfillment as soon as payment has been successfully authorized. Because fulfillment is handled by Amazon, orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed, including outside of normal business hours.
Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Processing and shipping times may vary depending on product availability, carrier capacity, weather conditions, and other operational factors.
At this time, Eleva ships only within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping.

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are estimates only. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first.

While we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving shipping issues, Eleva cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, except where required by applicable law.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@elevanutrition.com.
