    Sounds gross, but works.

    Lately I have had what I would describe as "bubbly guts" and upon taking this I feel like my gastro issues seem to get better. I am only taking one pill a day, 500mg. The pills are your typical powder in capsule. Fairly easy to swallow. No weird taste. I will keep taking this daily.

    Great if you don't have a gallbladder

    My doctor suggested ox bile to help with digestion after my gallbladder was removed. I've tried a few different types and found that most have a weird aftertaste and can make you burpy. These supplements don't cause the weird after taste, but have helped with my digestion and heartburn! I take them with the first couple bites of high fat items I eat.As others have noted, these pills do not include the digestive enzymes so I also take a digestive enzyme pill in the mornings then the ox bile as needed when I have high fat items with my meals.

    If you're going to take Ox Bile, why not take it in pill format! These are great, and are easy to swallow, easy to digest, and help the body out to boot! 180 count should last quite awhile.

    I LOVE these! I have no gall bladder & have to use these.The 1,000 is not too much for me at all- matter of fact it’s perfect!Usually I only need 1 with a meat meal. I think bc it’s grass fed it just makes it very easily digestible! No issues ever at all & I’ve been using this brand for a year now. And there’s NO JUNK. No magnesium staerate.

    This stuff is great!

    Wow! A settled tummy at last. It works fast! No more pain, nausea and diarrhea. No awful taste or burping it up after swallowing. They told her that she didn’t really need her gallbladder and would be better off without it since her liver would step up and do the work. Have you heard that? Well, they were wrong. It didn’t happen that way at all after the surgery. Taking this supplement once daily, or before eating a meal containing fat is the only thing that makes it possible for my wife to digest foods containing fat since the removal of her gall bladder.

    When I eat this, I get a lot of yellow coming out of me. I'm not sure, but it feels like I'm passing more fat than normal.Make sure you have a clear path to the loo if you are eating on an empty stomach, and are not planning to have food afterwards (eg. water fasting).

    This is a good supplement and it works but I don’t think it needs pepper in it. Pepper to meet disruptive to the digestive tract.

    Will take these for a LONG TIME I think. That’s how good they are for my issues with fats. that’s after 2 caps too. I also have a gallbladder, without oxbile, fats either constipate me, take forever to move along the digestive tract, Or make well, the squirts. I also take milk thistle, some digestive bitters from Metagenics, good probiotic ( a must), and enzymes. After reading some comments I’ll get back to HCL tabs too. Also gut powders are important too. Go gentle, and results will show. Hope this helps!
