    The easy way to take monolaurin.

    Taking monolaurin beads can be a nasty tasting pain. These are much easier. Large but easy to swallow capsules. TWO capsules for the listed dose of 1000mg.It's been suggested I take this for my Lyme disease issues. Supposed to be a month or three before noticeable effects, so the jury's still out. These capsules do make it easy, though.

    This product is easy to swallow because I empty the contents into a medication cup & add warm water. It dissolves instantly. I also sometimes open the capsules & empty on my tongue & drink water. I can taste the black pepper but no other taste. I purchased to add to my arsenal of supplements for my immune system and overall health.
